My approach is that everyone has unique bioindividual needs, lifestyles and goals. What works for someone can be toxic and unhealthy for another person. Holistic means we will work together to identify how all areas of your life are connected to your overall sense of wellbeing. Is your relationship causing you to stress eat? Is your busy desk job leave you sitting 8 hours a day? Do you have trouble sleeping that leads to low energy? I want to help you create space for healthy behaviors and choices.
I will not encourage calorie counting or obsessing over every food you eat. Instead I want to inspire you to find balance, joy and nourishment from your meals and snacks. I want to inspire you find ways to be physically active that you look forward to and can sustain. My goal is for my clients to feel empowered to create the life they want using inner strength, inner voice and my coaching for support along the way.
