Hi! I am excited to learn more about you and where you are at in your wellness journey! I am a Jersey girl born and raised that loves to dance, teach, train, connect and help people like YOU reach your fitness and wellness goals. I love seeing my clients achieve goals they never imagined possible before! I strive to provide caring, supportive, engaging and effective sessions. Every session is unique and customized for YOUR goals and desires! My experience ranges from 100lb weight loss, senior chair exercise to triathlon preparation.
My holistic approach is that everyone has unique bioindividual needs, lifestyles and goals. What works for someone can be toxic and unhealthy for another person. Holistic means we will work together to identify how all areas of your life are connected to your overall sense of wellbeing. Is your relationship causing you to stress eat? Is your busy desk job leave you sitting 8 hours a day? Do you have trouble sleeping that leads to low energy? I want to help you create space for healthy behaviors and choices.
I will not encourage calorie counting or obsessing over every food you eat. Instead I want to inspire you to find balance, joy and nourishment from your meals and snacks and exercise. I want to inspire you find ways to be physically active that you look forward to and can sustain. My goal is for my clients to feel empowered to create the life they want using inner strength, inner voice and my coaching for support along the way.

Healing is a matter of time, but it is sometimes also a matter of opportunity.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions with good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.
